Returns, Refunds, Cancellations and Exchanges

TRIPURNA Cough Syrup, TRIPURNA Tulsi Ginger Drops  and TRIPURNA Pain Relief Oil are non-returnable due to consumable, personal care and health and wellness nature of the product. However, in case you receive damaged/tampered or wrong/expired product you may return or replace your product easily.

Just follow some given steps and rest leave on us. We’ll be happy to help you.J

Step 1: Please raise a return/ replacement request within 24 hours of the delivery; if you’ve received wrong, damaged or expired product(s).

In such case, send us an email with the Images and a short video of the damaged/tampered side of the product with package, Invoice, Inner & Outer Packaging and Batch Number to vedshaktihealthcare@gmail.com, within 24 hours of the order delivery. 

Step 2 – Give us 2-3 working days to review your return request.

Step 3 – After reviewing your return request, we will send our courier partner to pick up the product(s) delivered to you.

Step 4 – In case our reverse pick up service is not available at your location, you will need to self-ship the product via any reliable courier partner. We will reimburse the courier charges, either in your PayTM Wallet or your bank account.

Step 5 – After your product(s) is received, we will verify it against the claim and initiate the replacement or refund accordingly.

**Please note that replacement will depend upon the stock availability.

FAQs

       Under what conditions can I return/ replace my product?

  • Package has accessories missing.
  • Wrong or Expired product delivered
  • Damaged or Broken product delivered
  • Tampered product or packaging

**NOTE:   1. In case you received a wrong product, we request you to keep the product safe, saleable and undamaged in its original packaging. Retain the invoice and original manufacturer’s packing for successful pick-up and return.

  1. Please do not use the item you have raised a complaint about.

Under what conditions return/ replacement requests will not be accepted?

  • Opened or used products.
  • The product is without invoice.
  • The product is with tampered batch number and price.
  • Original packaging missing, i.e., mono cartons, labels, etc.
  • The return/ replacement request is generated AFTER 24 hours of delivery.
  • The damaged/ missing product is reported AFTER 24 hours of delivery.

**NOTE:  Damages due to neglect, improper usage or wrong application will not be covered under our Exchange/Returns Policy. Exchange of products due to allergic reactions is not applicable.

How are returns processed?

Once you have requested to return a product, a pick up would be organized for the item. Our courier partners would come to pick up the item within 5-7 business days after your return request has been received. This item would then be brought back to our warehouse where it would be checked by our quality control team. Once the product has passed the quality control, refund would be initiated.

Can I cancel my order?

You may cancel your order from CANCEL button from order details page under “my account” section. You just need to give reason for cancellation, and leave rest on us.

**VEDSHAKTI HEALTHCARE may verify any order before shipping the same to the customer that may include having a verbal or written confirmation from the customer.

Note – Orders can be only cancelled till the status is “Ready to Ship”. Orders once dispatched are not eligible for cancellation

How will I receive the refund for my cancelled or returned product?

In case of prepaid orders, money will be returned to the bank account/ credit/debit card or where the payment was made from within 7 business working days. For Cash on Delivery orders customers will be required to provide bank details where they would like to receive the refund. In case of a return or cancellation, the refund shall be initiated post the return of product to us and verification of the product and packing.

How long does it take to receive a refund for a cancelled order or returned product?

We may contact you to ascertain the damage or defect in the product prior to issuing refund/replacement.

Refunds will be through bank transfers. No cash refunds would be made. We would process your refund within 7 business days in case of cancellation of an order. In case of returns, we would refund the money after the product has been received by our warehouse and post completion of quality check. Please note, this entire process takes 2 weeks after the return has been picked up.
